Returns & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

Eligible Returns

Items are eligible for return if they are defective on arrival (DOA), incorrectly shipped (wrong item), or significantly different from the product description on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened software licenses, items without original packaging, products showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

WhatsApp us at 0333-7815787 or email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a clear photo or video showing the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash). Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
