Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

All brand-new products sold by Games & Geeks Pakistan carry the manufacturer's warranty. The exact warranty period is listed on each product page. Common periods are 1 year (most components), 2–3 years (selected CPUs and coolers), and lifetime (some PSUs and coolers).

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects that arise during normal use
  • Hardware failure not caused by physical damage or misuse
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) components — contact us within 48 hours of delivery

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, bent pins)
  • Damage from incorrect installation or overclocking beyond safe limits
  • Products with tampered or removed warranty seals
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Claim Warranty

  1. WhatsApp or email us with your order number and a description of the fault.
  2. We'll guide you on whether to bring the item to us or ship it in.
  3. Our team inspects the product and coordinates with the manufacturer or distributor.
  4. You receive a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the outcome.
