Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranty
All brand-new products sold by Games & Geeks Pakistan carry the manufacturer's warranty. The exact warranty period is listed on each product page. Common periods are 1 year (most components), 2–3 years (selected CPUs and coolers), and lifetime (some PSUs and coolers).
What Is Covered
- ✓Manufacturing defects that arise during normal use
- ✓Hardware failure not caused by physical damage or misuse
- ✓Dead-on-arrival (DOA) components — contact us within 48 hours of delivery
What Is Not Covered
- ✗Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, bent pins)
- ✗Damage from incorrect installation or overclocking beyond safe limits
- ✗Products with tampered or removed warranty seals
- ✗Normal wear and tear
How to Claim Warranty
- WhatsApp or email us with your order number and a description of the fault.
- We'll guide you on whether to bring the item to us or ship it in.
- Our team inspects the product and coordinates with the manufacturer or distributor.
- You receive a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the outcome.
